The Outcome
You stop being read as less capable than you are.
Most people are more capable than they appear in the moment that matters. The work is strong, the qualifications are there, and yet something in how they land does not match. This program closes that gap.
You work through presence, voice, and first impressions in your own time, using the same material we deliver to executives and client facing teams inside major organisations.
- Make confident, credible first impressions that leave a lasting impact
- Introduce yourself with polish and professionalism, and build rapport with ease
- Master non-verbal communication, including posture, gestures, and facial expressions
- Communicate clearly and confidently in meetings, networking, and everyday conversations
- Speak with authority and authenticity, both in person and online
- Apply modern business etiquette across professional interactions and digital platforms
- Strengthen your personal brand to enhance presence and build leadership credibility
Who is it for?
Professionals who have outgrown their own presence and have not yet caught up to it. Equally useful before a promotion, a career change, or a role that suddenly involves being seen.

Day 1
Welcome
Join a community of people looking to become better versions of themselves, as we prepare you for a thirty day journey to greater impact.
-
Day 3 Β· Module 1, Self awareness
Psychology of better behaviour
Explore how thoughts, emotions, and environment influence actions and habits. Understanding that interaction is what makes lasting change possible, whether that is healthier routines, better productivity, or breaking a pattern that is not serving you.
-
Day 5 Β· Module 1, Self awareness
Reframing the mindset for success
Shift from limiting beliefs and negative patterns to an empowered, growth oriented way of thinking. Seeing challenges as opportunities, and building resilience, clarity, and purpose.
-
Day 7 Β· Module 1, Self awareness
Taming the inner critic
Your inner critic points out flaws, magnifies mistakes, and casts doubt on your worth. It can be a misguided attempt to protect you from failure, but left unchecked it erodes confidence and limits what you attempt.
-
Day 9 Β· Module 2, Being seen
Lasting first impressions
First impressions matter because of their speed and their staying power. People form an opinion of you in seconds, often before you have said a word.
-
Day 11 Β· Module 2, Being seen
Confident introductions
An introduction sets the tone for everything that follows. Done well, it establishes credibility, trust, and engagement from the first moment.
-
Day 13 Β· Module 2, Being seen
Non-verbal communication
Make your body language more deliberate, and align your physical presence with your message and your intention.
-
Day 15 Β· Module 3, Improving relationships
The science of genuine connection
Connection is fundamental to wellbeing. People with deeper connections show lower anxiety, better immune function, and longer life expectancy. It is not about frequency, but about quality: feeling seen, heard, and valued.
-
Day 17 Β· Module 3, Improving relationships
Building rapport
Rapport is not simply being friendly. It is real connection built through presence, empathy, and mutual understanding, and a genuine interest in the other person. The more you practise it, the more natural it becomes.
-
Day 19 Β· Module 3, Improving relationships
The power of active listening
Listening is not hearing. It is being fully present with what someone is communicating, verbally and otherwise, without your own internal dialogue getting in the way. It builds trust and removes misunderstanding.
-
Day 21 Β· Module 4, Personal presence and power
Vocal success: the essential elements of speaking
A large share of the impact you make comes from the sound of your voice. Your voice is not only what you say, it is how you say it. This is where that gets deliberate.
-
Day 25 Β· Module 4, Personal presence and power
How to network
Smart networking unlocks opportunity, insight, influence, and support. Done well, it changes what is available to you.
-
Day 27 Β· Module 5, Boosting EQ
You as an authentic leader
Emotional intelligence means recognising, understanding, and managing your own emotions while practising empathy for others. Mindfulness sharpens your awareness of your own responses, so you can pause before you react.
-
Day 29 Β· Module 5, Boosting EQ
Assertive response tools
Express your thoughts, needs, and boundaries clearly and respectfully, without being passive or aggressive. Techniques like "I" statements and the broken record response let you hold a position and reduce conflict at the same time.

What our clients have said
Zarife facilitated a Professional Presence workshop for our team, and the feedback has been outstanding. The session went beyond presentation structure. It helped the team understand the importance of professional presence and polished communication, including etiquette in both formal and virtual settings.
From body language and tone to how we engage with different audiences, the workshop provided practical tools to present with confidence, courtesy, and credibility, whether in a team meeting, on stage, or during a webinar.
Zarife has been partnering with our teams for over 10 years, coaching us on how to present with confidence, connect authentically, and deliver exceptional service.
Her workshops and coaching programs are consistently engaging, hands-on, and full of practical insights. The skills our team has gained are not just memorable. They are used every single day.
I wanted to take the next step in my career but felt I was missing the executive presence and credibility needed to truly stand out.
Attending Zarife's coaching program was a turning point. I gained invaluable skills that immediately elevated my confidence and professional presence. I applied what I learned right away, and the results have been incredibly rewarding.
