What our clients have said

Zarife has been partnering with our teams for over 10 years, coaching us on how to present with confidence, connect authentically, and deliver exceptional service.

Her workshops and coaching programs are consistently engaging, hands-on, and full of practical insights. The skills our team has gained are not just memorable. They are used every single day.

Aria Property Group 10 year client

Astris PME has had the pleasure of working with Zarife Hardy and the Australian School of Etiquette on numerous occasions, primarily through Zarife's delivery of the Professional Presence workshop to our teams. The impact of this program has been exceptional, equipping our people with the confidence, professionalism, and interpersonal skills needed to make a positive impression in every interaction, whether with clients, business partners, or colleagues.

Zarife has a remarkable ability to connect with her audience, combining wisdom, humour, and practical insights in a way that is both engaging and memorable. I have attended several of her workshops and, despite being familiar with the core concepts, I always come away with new perspectives and valuable takeaways.

What sets Zarife apart is her genuine passion for helping people develop their professional presence in an authentic and approachable way. Her workshops leave a lasting impression and provide practical skills that our team can immediately apply in their everyday work and personal interactions.

For any organisation looking to help its team build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create positive, lasting professional impressions, I would highly recommend Zarife and the Professional Presence program.

Zarife facilitated a Professional Presence workshop for our team, and the feedback has been outstanding. The session went beyond presentation structure. It helped the team understand the importance of professional presence and polished communication, including etiquette in both formal and virtual settings.

From body language and tone to how we engage with different audiences, the workshop provided practical tools to present with confidence, courtesy, and credibility, whether in a team meeting, on stage, or during a webinar.

I was lucky enough to meet Zarife at a workshop for my children and a group of their friends, on etiquette. She was incredibly engaging, knowledgeable and somehow kept their attention for a whole session!

I went on to bring Zarife into my company, Carman's, to lead a series of workshops for the whole company and the feedback was incredible. We are often referring back to the things she taught us and I would highly recommend her range of services to others.

Carolyn Creswell Founder and CEO, Carman's Fine Foods

Your presentation was spot on and definitely had an impact on the players. Your energy and enthusiasm for the content, and the way you present it, ensured they were tuned in and receptive. I'm sure many of your points resonated and will be front of mind at their next sponsor or media appearance.

Thank you again for being so flexible and accommodating our nice early start. We look forward to welcoming you again to inspire our next crop of wide-eyed, young men!

Jacqui Hilton Player Development Manager, Richmond Football Club

I wanted to take the next step in my career but felt I was missing the executive presence and credibility needed to truly stand out.

Attending Zarife's coaching program was a turning point. I gained invaluable skills that immediately elevated my confidence and professional presence. I applied what I learned right away, and the results have been incredibly rewarding.

I am most grateful to Zarife for preparing me for highly competitive interviews for entry onto surgical training. Zarife's coaching focused on improving my presentation skills by a variety of techniques to refine my vocal tone, pace and intonation of speech, facial expressions and body language, elimination of “umms” and “ahhs”, amongst others.

A few weeks of targeted work with Zarife transformed the impression I created in interviews and played an enormous part in my success.
